Ishiuchi Maruyama and Gala Yuzawa

Kind of new here.
Not really ever been to the Yuzawa area, was down in Kansai for a long time, but will be going next year.

Quick question, I see that Ishiuchi Maruyama and Gala Yuzawa are connected (at the top)? Is that open all season?
