Help request - logging in

Hi there

We have had a few peple inform us that they have been getting error messages when trying to log in to the main SnowJapan site.

We're trying to work out a pattern if possible to troubleshoot, and so would appreciate it if quite a lot of people tried and let us know if it works or not for you.

Do you go to:

A) a page with some options (My Resorts, My Photos, etc),

or

an error message

(Please do make sure you are trying with the right user/password.)
